📦 How long does it take to prepare my order?

All pieces are carefully prepared. Processing time is 1 to 5 business days from payment confirmation.

 

🌍 Which countries do you ship to?

Shipping to much of the world: Spain, Europe, America, Asia and Oceania.
You can check the complete list of available countries in the Shipping Policy.

🚚 How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the destination and the postal service.

In Spain it usually takes a few working days.

In international shipments, it can vary greatly depending on the country and customs.

👉 You'll receive a tracking number so you know where your package is at all times.

 

🔐 Are my pieces insured when traveling?

All items over €120 include shipping insurance against loss or damage.

For other parts, you can add optional insurance (+€5) to your cart in the “Extras” section.

 

📦 I want to buy multiple pieces, how does shipping work?

If you wish to order more than 2 pieces (more than 2 kg approx.), please contact me before making the purchase to calculate the exact shipping.

 

🎨 Are the pieces really unique?

Yes. Each creation is handcrafted in high-temperature fired stoneware, with unique details. No two are alike.

 

❌ Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns for change of mind, as all pieces are unique.
I only handle incidents if the order arrives damaged. In that case, you must email me at hebiceramics@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of receiving it.
